"I first got a look at John while he worked for Prudential Real Estate. I was looking for a home in the Freehold NJ area and was lost. I was in the midst of a divorce and really didn't look forward to seeing houses. When we first met we talked for a bit and got to know each other. He knew what I was looking for in a house and didn't show me things I wouldn't be interested in. The mark of a good salesman; know your clients. We found a really nice Townhouse in Freehold Boro with low HOA fees and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Then last year(2010), my job with the Department of Defense at Ft Monmouth moved to Aberdeen Maryland, I asked John to sell my house. In one of the more amazing circumstances I have been associated with, John sold my home in the first weekend it was listed at the open house. Although the housing market had been depressed, I got 95% of my asking price and would have gotten 100% if we had another appraisal. This story and many more like it make up John's resume.
